MIB Mobile

Mandiri Internet Bisnis (MIB) Mobile offers a new banking experience that enables users to approve or reject business transactions conveniently on their Android™ devices, anytime and anywhere.

Here are the steps to start using MIB Mobile:

1. Download the MIB Mobile app
2. Register your Company ID and User ID within the MIB Mobile application
3. Obtain the MIB Mobile activation code from MIB Web and input it in your Android™ device
4. Enter your registered email, followed by your challenge code on your hard token. Input the response code displayed on the hard token into your Android™ device
5. Upon successful registration, a notification will confirm and prompt you to continue
6. Login with your Company ID and User ID
7. Your MIB Mobile is now activated, granting you the ability to review and approve/reject tasks assigned by your Maker

MIB Mobile supports two languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English. Users can switch between languages by selecting the flag icon on the upper left corner of their Android™ device screen.

While there is no charge for using MIB Mobile, users may incur message and data rates. These charges are typically imposed by their communications service provider. Delivery of account alerts may be subject to delays due to various factors such as service interruptions, technology issues affecting mobile devices or internet connections, and system capacity restrictions.
